Devised and delivered global big-picture collaboration system based on adaptive business designs to aid start-up with rapid growth, capture of market share, and client retention. Co-ordinated with communication and organisational development challenges of workforce growth from 1500 to 2500 in two years.

SAP, Germany, USA, Mexico, India, and Japan: 

Initiated Sense and Adapt programme to repurpose a 2000 strong outsourced hosting service towards serving internal SAP corporate services. Led organisational diagnostics and re-constructed into adaptive business. Spearheaded overall change and leadership programme operational activities from start to end within the constrains. Developed internal sense and respond practitioner base and future state operating model with new work culture and organisational development.

Amadeus, Germany, France, USA and India: 

Provided global transformation by producing new adaptive lean enterprise and governance systems along with the delivery and integration of IT cloud capabilities systems, including legal and financial services and supply chain management as part of modernisation plans and organisational culture development with HR.

 

Bank BPH Polish Universal Bank and GE Bank Merger: 

Recognised for creating the integration, assessing capability, planning program, for IT services as a result of the merger. Devising the operating model, and re-educating all support staff on client engagement and differentiation.

Hillingdon London Borough Council, UK: 

Aided restructuring of council services, new directorates, and public access channels by integrating new services redesign with IT and technology transformation with a focus on responsiveness and adaptability designed into the job roles. New IT delivery and sourcing models.

Cap Gemini, Poland: 

Controlled service recovery for major global outsourcing account and created a new premium outsourcing approach to compete on value not cost. Supported client to bring new differentiated offerings to market as part of the bid team (now major CG proposition ‘Intelligent Services’).

 

Luton Borough Council, UK:

Steered the transformation process of public services, educated at executive level, and create programme design, consulting, education and mentoring of critical change teams. Change management, and governance systems, as well as and introduced change leadership mentoring programmes. Delivered significant cost savings and service improvements without a reduction in public service provision.

Wipro Global Consulting, UK and India:

New Global Consulting model required in addition to modernising service offerings for large scale business transformation. Worked with the senior global team to design and develop the new consulting model and mechanisms for realising the 21st Century Consulting concept. Business Analysis, Market Analysis Operating model design and principles. Culture analysis (Climetics) Delivery model and initial route maps.

BT Wholesale. Restructured Operations, UK:

Sense and Adapt full program of transformation activities to redesign BT Whole sale as a result of the OFCOM regulator requirements for BT to spin off what became Openreach. New operating model and program design along with re-designing the business to reduce service failures and create a new business outcome measurement system and people development approaches towards adaptability. In addition, designing operational capabilities to exploit growing managed-network services.

 

Eversheds Corporate Financial Services UK and Australia:

Enabled a new startup of a new service to become highly profitable through the establishment of a Sense and Adapt business system. Worked with the client to design a service model, customer engagement model and analysis of banking practices for dormant accounts, service designed for the analysis, purchase and recovery of dormant business accounts and developing then implementing a future-state strategy and operating model. Later the model was rolled out successfully in Australia.

eTelecare. Outsourced ICT services Philippines and the USA:

Outsourced ICT services and applied a global service centre improvement program, while creating a new market proposition and re-designing operational improvement infrastructures.

Coca-Cola Corporate Legal Services, Ireland:

Defined centralised shared service operation, re-defined the operating model and service portfolio, executed change route map, and delivered education and training.

Ireland Legal Services became the location for shared service delivery for Europe after the transformation.
